Position: Consultant Sales
Location: Beijing
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a selection of MNC clients to deliver trainings that have a real impact
- Develop new contacts and build relationships with HR managers and trainers
- Promote our regular free training events to our HR clients and create a buzz in the market
- Develop an excellent understanding of our training services and trainers to ensure the right fit between client and training
- Attend regular business and training networking events to develop a greater understanding of our industry
- Conmmunicate across the organisation to seek the help you need to deliver the best training experiences possible
Employee requestments:
- 3 years+ of sales experience or customer relationship management preferred
- Proficient spoken and written English
- Proactive, open-minded, positive, willing to learn and team-work oriented
- Able to connect and build relationships with the team, HR clients and trainers
Additional Requirements:
- Proficientwith Microsoft Office (Power point & Outlook)
